NuMe Vibes ("the App") is provided by Numara LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how Numara LLC collects, uses, and protects information when you use NuMe Vibes.
NuMe Vibes may collect mood selections, journal entries, meditation usage, product interaction data, subscription status through Apple's StoreKit framework, notification preferences, and diagnostic or crash information provided by Apple or system services.
Information is used only to provide app functionality, personalize the user experience, support subscriptions, improve app performance, troubleshoot issues, and develop better wellness features. Numara LLC does not sell personal information.
NuMe Vibes offers Tier 1 and Tier 2 subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchases. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and billing are handled by Apple. Numara LLC receives subscription status through Apple's StoreKit framework to unlock paid features, but does not receive or store full payment card details.
The NuMe Vibes Apple Watch companion app may support meditation, reflection, mood, notification, and session-related features. Any Apple Watch data used by the app is used only to support app functionality and improve the user experience.
If you choose to grant permission, NuMe Vibes may access certain Apple Health data, such as heart rate, solely to support wellness features within the app. Health data is never sold, shared with advertisers, or used for marketing purposes. Health data is only used to provide the functionality you request and remains subject to Apple's HealthKit privacy requirements.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to help protect information associated with NuMe Vibes. While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Journal entries, mood history, and other user-generated content are stored on your device for as long as needed to provide the app's functionality or until you choose to delete them. Diagnostic or analytics information, if collected, may be retained only as necessary to improve the reliability and performance of NuMe Vibes.
NuMe Vibes may rely on Apple services, including StoreKit, App Store subscriptions, notifications, diagnostics, and crash reporting. We do not use advertising networks, social media login, or sell user data. Numara LLC does not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
NuMe Vibes is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
NuMe Vibes is intended for wellness, mindfulness, and self-reflection. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency support.
We may update this Privacy Policy as NuMe Vibes evolves. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
If you access NuMe Vibes outside the United States, you acknowledge that your information may be processed in accordance with applicable laws governing the services provided by Numara LLC.
